Media General's WPRI-TV CBS 12/WNAC-TV FOX 64 (FOX Providence) debuted a long overdue graphics package update on Wednesday.
The previous package had been in use since 2009, when Karen Adams was still the main anchor at the station.
The upgrade contains similar elements to the old package, and a modified version of the "glass city." The music package has not changed, and contains the same cuts of "Newsforce" by 615 Music.
One set element also changed - the background to the interview set was changed to a solid blue, and a red LED light strip was added to frame the 3 television monitors in the background.
