Julie Leonardi has joined Denver's KDVR FOX 31 as a freelance reporter.
Julie joins KDVR from WFSB where she spent 3 months as a freelance reporter.
Prior to that, she was a general assignment reporter at Meredith Corp sister-station WGGB-TV ABC 40/FOX 6 and WSHM-LD CBS 3 in Springfield, MA.

Before joining WGGB/WSHM in 2013, Julie spent over a year as an anchor and reporter at KMOT-TV NBC/FOX 10 in Minot, ND. She started her professional career as a production assistant at ESPN in Bristol, CT, where she worked on the shows SportsCenter and Baseball Tonight.
A native of Cape Cod in Massachusetts, Julie was raised in Sarasota, FL. She is a 2011 graduate of the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication at Syracuse University where she earned a Bachelor's degree in broadcast and digital journalism.
During college, Julie worked for Connect Syracuse and was an anchor at SU's student run television station Cirtus TV. In 2010, Julie spent a summer interning at WFSB. She also spent time as an intern at WWSB-TV and SNN News in Sarasota, FL; and WSYR-TV in Syracuse, NY.
Julie starts on-air at KDVR on April 13.
