The May 2015 ratings period is now in the books, here is a look at what viewership looks like in Hartford!
Only the total household viewer numbers are in - demographic ratings take several weeks to compile since only HH viewership is calculated by people meters in the Hartford market.
Here are the numbers:
Laura Gremelsbacker, WVIT-TV NBC Connecticut's Director of Community & PR, tells New England One that NBC Connecticut continues to post strong growth throughout their newscasts. In particular, she tells us that NBC Connecticut has:
- Highest percentage of growth from 6-7am (M-F) in the market based on May HH ratings year over year comparison
- 5 of our newscasts posted double digit HH growth year over year
- Highest rated news on Saturday from 6-7pm based on HH ratings
The demographic information, which is what advertiser's primarily use to purchase advertising is estimated to be released on June 8.
