Katie Corrado Joins Fox CT as Reporter

FOX Connecticut  has hired Katie Corrado as a multimedia journalist.

 

Corrado comes to WTIC from the WSTM/WTVH/WSTQ triopoly in Syracuse, NY, where she was a reporter and weekend evening anchor.

 

Previously, she was an anchor and reporter for Fordham University's Fordham Nightly News. She also interned at CBS News, WABC-TV and Fox 5 New York. 

 

Corrado graduated cum laude from Fordham University, and was named a recipient of the Edward A. Walsh scholarship. While at Fordham, Katie's work was recognized by the New York State Associated Press Broadcaster's Association. 

 

She is also a three-time scholarship recipient of New York Women in Communications Foundation, and is an active member of New York Women in Communications.

 

Corrado is set to start at FOX CT on June 23.
