Cox & Fox Swapping GM's in Boston and San Fran

It's an east coast west coast switch up for the general managers at Cox owned KTVU Fox 2 in San Francisco and Fox owned WFXT Fox 25 in Boston.

 

In addition to Cox & Fox swapping both of those stations (in addition to KICU in San Francisco & WHBQ in Memphis), inside sources are reporting that both companies will also be swapping news directors for their two largest markets.

 

WFXT GM Gregg Kelley is said to be staying with Fox Television Stations and heading to San Francisco to oversee both Fox 2 & KICU TV36 (an independent station).

 

KTVU GM Tom Raponi will also be switching coasts and staying with Cox Media Group, and taking on the same role at Fox 25.

 

This is the first big change after the announced station swap that happened yesterday.
