I try to just Slow Down (It's a challenge!) Read a book, Rest, Exercise, occasionally I'll juggle.

6. If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why?
Istanbul. I've been there twice but one thing I missed I'd love to go back for. The restaurant Çiya Sofrasi is a twenty-minute ferry ride across the Bosphorus to the Asian side of the City. The food is simple, authentic and, in a city of great eating, I'm told unforgettable.

7. Given the choice of anyone in the world, whom would you want as a dinner guest?
How about the ten people who delivered Letterman’s final Top Ten.

Barbara Walters, Bill Murray, Tina Fey, Peyton Manning, Steve Martin, Chris Rock, Jerry Seinfeld, Alex Baldwin, Jim Carrey, Julie Louis Dreyfus. I've met several of them and they made a good impression so the gathering over food would be a hoot.  And I'd switch out Peyton for Tom!

8. Do you collect anything?
Memories. I’ve told stories from all 50 States. Each has made me a better reporter.

9. What are the top 3 played songs on your iPod?
I only use the iPod to listen to “Wait, Wait Don’t Tell Me” and “Ted” talks while jogging. However at home lately we’ve been dancing around
the house to these three songs: “Shake it off”, “Uptown Funk” and “Sugar”

“Everything I need to know, I learned in Kindergarten”

11. What was the last experience that made you a stronger person?
