WLNE-TV ABC 6 will begin airing a new public affairs show Sunday mornings at 7:30.
The half hour show is hosted by former Providence Mayor Joseph R. Paolino Jr., and replaces "On the Record with Buddy Cianci" which stopped airing after Cianci's death in January.
Every week a panel of former elected officials will discuss the major issues impacting Rhode Island.
According to Paolino, “There is no retribution. We can critique people and don’t have to worry about being thrown off a committee or not getting appointed to a committee because of something we said. We’ve all served the state in various capacities over the years and care about the future of Rhode Island.”
