WHDH was off to a strong start one day after it lost the NBC affiliation to WBTS NBC Boston in the overnight ratings, according to the station.
WHDH was off to a strong start one day after it lost the NBC affiliation to WBTS NBC Boston in the overnight ratings, according to the station.
The station scored wins across six newscasts, coming in second or tied in four newscasts, in the adults aged 25-54 demographic.
There was a win for NBC Boston as well, winning the demo for its first ever 6pm newscast.
It is important to note that Monday was a Federal holiday, and that monthly ratings are an average of daily ratings and are what really count. Daily ratings are used for reference, but can skew significantly on a variety of factors.
