Susie joined WBZ in January 2015 as a freelance reporter for WBZ This Morning. She is leaving WBZ ahead of her July wedding to fiancé Justin Hall. The wedding is taking place in her home state of Michigan, and the couple is later re-locating to San Francisco, California.
"After eight years of long distance my fiancé and I are thrilled to be moving to San Francisco together" Susie told New England One. "I feel lucky and proud to have worked for WBZ for the past year and a half. I will miss the people of New England and the privilege of telling their stories. I can't wait to see what married life has in store for us!"
Susie came to WBZ from WJAR NBC 10 in Providence, Rhode Island where she had most recently been the weekend evening anchor and a reporter.

Before that, she was a reporter/anchor/producer at KOMU-TV NBC 8 in Columbia, MO, which is a teaching television station owned by the University of Missouri's School of Journalism. She has also been a reporter at KBIA NPR radio, and was an intern at WWMT-TV CBS 3 in Grand Rapids, MI.
A native of Michigan, Susie is a 2010 graduate of the University of Missouri at Columbia where she studied journalism.
