Friends, I have some personal news to share with you. Yesterday was my last day at FOX 61. It was a bittersweet day for me. The end of one chapter and the start of another" Maggie shared on her Facebook page.
"I look back on the past few years at the station and I can't even wrap my head around all the incredible experiences and opportunities that have come my way. Once a shy girl that refused to raise her hand in a classroom to answer a question, learned to believe in herself and tackle her fears.
Of course it didn't hurt to be surrounded by so many hard working and talented people that taught me so much, and fully supported me along the way. I can't thank you guys enough.
And then of course, the viewers. The folks that tuned in at ungodly hours and sent a tweet or a message, those who invited me into their worlds to help with an event they were organizing, or even those that just came up to me at the grocery store to share that they enjoyed watching the show. Thank you all SO SO much for your support and enthusiasm. You guys are awesome.
This is getting to be pretty lengthy so I'll wrap this up by saying that I'll be around, just not where you're used to seeing me. I'll still be posting, tweeting and blogging plenty! I have really enjoyed connecting with all of you throughout this entire time and sharing my experiences, so I look forward to keeping this going!
Onto to the next adventure! Thank you so much for your support!

Her Polish background came into play during the launch of the publication’s Polish language section, where she served as it’s sole reporter when the initiative began. Maggie anchored daily headline news videos for the paper’s online content.
