Before television news, Jeff spent time in private business as an account executive for The Westlake Group; a representative for Innovex; and later a senior representative for GlaxoSmithKline.

A native of Cazenovia, NY, Jeff is a 1995 graduate of Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY where he studied English and communications.
