December Ratings Results for Boston

WCVB won all time periods in the Households and Persons 2+ demos. WCVB and WHDH split most of the wins in the advertiser friendly Adults 25-54 demographic.

Here are the highlights in the A25-54 demo:

• WCVB won all newscasts in the morning from 4am-7am
• WHDH won noon ahead of WCVB (#2), and WBZ (#3)
• WHDH won 5pm-6pm for the fourth consecutive month, and had almost four-times the audience of last place WFXT
• WCVB won at 6pm, but WHDH has closed in and was only 1k viewers away in the demo
• WHDH won again at 11pm
