NBC 10's Alison Bologna earned a top spot in the next YouTube news blooper compilation for her coverage of a overturned fire truck near Charlotte, NC on May 8, 2014 that injured 4.
Bologna did not acknowledge the mistake, but her co-anchor Dan Jaehnig can be heard chuckling in the background. She was much more deliberate in pronouncing the word fire though the rest of the report, and held it together even though she had an audible smile on her face.
The firefighters only suffered minor injuries, and were released from the hospital the next day according to the Charlotte Observer.
