NBC Connecticut (WVIT-TV NBC 30) morning anchor Todd Piro and New Haven-based reporter Amanda Raus have gotten engaged.Piro popped the question to Raus on Saturday at the shoreline and she said yes.The two announced the engagement on-air on Memorial Day when they were anchoring the news together, and Raus later on Facebook:"Some exciting news to share with you this morning - Todd Piro and I will soon be co-anchors for life We got engaged over the weekend and shared the news this morning on NBC CT."The wedding is planned for June of 2015.Best wishes to them both!
