In preliminary sweeps results, WFSB-TV Channel 3 Eyewitness News remained the top station in Connecticut.
WFSB was #1 in all but one newscast, specifically taking a commanding lead in the mornings.
WVIT NBC Connecticut was a strong number two, coming in second to all but one newscast when competing directly against the other stations.
With a strong NBC primetime lead-in, NBC Connecticut finished first at 11pm, WFSB was second.
For network programming, CBS This Morning took first on WFSB, followed by Good Morning America on WTNH & Today on WVIT.
In the national evening news race, NBC Nightly News came in first, followed by the CBS Evening News and ABC's World News Tonight.
Keep in mind, the results are preliminary and are based on total households live plus same day viewing. The demos and official results will be out at a later date.
